RESERVATION

Reservations can be made with a valid credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. To make reservation, please use our secure on-line booking service. Upon submission of the secure booking form, you will receive your booking confirmation by-email. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you don't receive your booking confirmation within 48 hours, please write to us at this e-mail: chezpatrick@voila.fr . We shall also notify you by e-mail if rooms are not available.

Please kindly note that when making reservation, your credit card will be charged as a deposit for the first night for each person. The balance payment can be made after arrival by any other acceptable method of payment. Please be aware that after arrival should you decide to check out earlier than the departure date originally booked, the booking payment will not be refunded. We do not process the booking deposit immediately after you make a reservation. We charge this booking deposit after the cancellation period has ended. The hostel reserves the right to refuse booking if credit card is invalid. If your credit card is expiring or if you are change your credit card details, please kindly inform us.

On-line reservation must be made 5 days prior to the date of arrival. However, if you plan to arrive earlier than the 5 days required for on-line booking, please call us or write an e-mail and we shall inform you the availability of room.

During the peak season in summer there is limited room availability and you are kindly requested to make your reservations as early as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changing of booking should be notified, ONLY in writing by e-mail, at least 5 days prior to arrival, after which we shall confirm by e-mail the cancellation of your reservation.

If you fail to change or cancel your reservation 5 days prior to your arrival and in the case of no shows, the hostel reserves the right to retain the non-refundable one night equivalent of BOOKING DEPOSIT and cancel your reservation.
